  1. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

    • Your personal data is used solely for identifying you on our platform and is kept strictly confidential. We guarantee that your information will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases regulated by legislation.

  3. USE OF VALID EMAIL

    • You must provide a valid email address during registration. Accounts with temporary or invalid addresses may face functionality limitations and reduced support.

  4. ONE USER - ONE ACCOUNT

    • Multiple account registrations may be considered suspicious activity. Accounts registered multiple times by a single user may receive limited support or face restrictions.

GAME SERVER ADDITION AND MODERATION RULES

  1. CREATING A GAME PROJECT

    • Register on our website to add a game server.
    • After registration confirmation, you can add your server to the ranking through account settings. Provide all necessary information about your project.

  2. GAME WORLD DESCRIPTION

    • Each project may include multiple game worlds (server descriptions). For example, create two worlds for two servers with different rates. Minimum number of game worlds required is one.

  3. MODERATION PROCESS

    • After adding server and world, the server undergoes automatic pre-moderation including:
      • Website availability check
      • Minimum of five votes requirement
      • At least one accessible game world
    • If conditions are met, server proceeds to manual moderation checking:
      • Proper voting button placement
      • Compliance with Russian legislation and moral standards
      • Accuracy of ranking profile information
      • Unique design and link accessibility
      • Use of paid domain and hosting
      • Unique project URL
      • Non-involvement in dubious/cloned rankings

RANKING PARTICIPATION RULES

  1. Server Administrator Responsibility: The server administrator bears full responsibility to ranking administration. It is assumed the administrator knows and agrees with all participation rules.

  2. Official Communication: All correspondence must be conducted through "Tickets" section in user account.

  3. Key Administrator Obligations:

    • Timely Response: Prompt replies to administration messages
    • Anti-Cheat Measures: Immediate reporting of suspicious voting activity
    • Information Relevance: Regular server information updates
    • Data Accuracy: Truthful server information provision

STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  1. Vote Manipulation: Automated/mass voting or paid voting services. First violation - warning; repeat - ban. Manipulated votes removed, ranking adjusted.

  2. Misinformation/Cloning: Prohibited: false information about ranking, participation in projects imitating our design. Includes slander/DDOS attacks. Penalties: warning, ban, ranking adjustment.

  3. False Information: Projects must be presented accurately. Misrepresentation leads to penalties including ban.

  4. URL Redirection: Redirecting URLs prohibited. Create new account instead.

  5. Cloaking

  6. Accessibility/Uniqueness: Server may be blocked if:

    • URL unavailable
    • Game worlds inaccessible
    • Missing voting button
    • Legal/norm violations
    • Non-unique design/URL
    • Free domain/hosting use

  7. Final Decision Rights: Administration reserves right to make discretionary decisions, informing server administrator.

ADDITIONAL RULES

  1. Content Responsibility: "*.bestgames.to" owner not responsible for user-added content accuracy.

  2. Information Use Risks: Users bear all risks related to using user-provided information.

  3. Information Addition: Users confirm legal rights to added content.

  4. Information Removal: Owner reserves right to moderate/edit/delete content without notice.

  5. Third-Party Links: No responsibility for external link content/availability.

  • Rules Acknowledgment: By using service, you agree to rules.

  • Rules Modification: Administration may change rules without prior consent/notice. Users must monitor updates.

  1. Non-Interference Policy
    Administration doesn't mediate disputes concerning:
    • Intellectual property rights
    • Domain/concept registration priority
    • Subjective project similarity
  2. Complaint Criteria
    Complaints considered ONLY with:
    • Documentary evidence (contract screenshots, whois data, site archives)
    • Irrefutable technical copying proof (code duplication, identical design)
  3. Dispute Resolution
    ↳ Stage 1: Parties attempt self-resolution
    ↳ Stage 2: If unresolved - submit evidence via "Tickets"
    ↳ Stage 3: Complaint review within 14 business days (proven violations only)
  4. Parallel Placement Policy
    • Similar theme projects allowed in ranking
    • Removal/blocking occurs EXCLUSIVELY for:
      • Technical requirement violations (§3.1)
      • Proven content/design plagiarism (§5.3)
