1. What are "Votes" and why are they needed?

The voting system allows users to support their favorite servers. The more votes a project gets, the higher it climbs in the general rating (Organic Rank). This helps other players find the most popular and lively servers.

Note: Positions in the "Premium" (VIP) block are advertising and do not depend on the number of votes.

2. How often can I vote?

Voting is available once every 24 hours per account. The timer resets exactly 24 hours after your last vote.

Important: We use complex protection (Fingerprinting), checking not only IP but also the device.

3. Error: "We stand for fair voting | Disable Proxy/VPN". What to do?

Our security system (Anti-Fraud) blocked a voting attempt because your IP address is in the database of proxy servers, VPNs, or anonymizers.

Solution:

  • Disable VPN/Proxy extensions in the browser.
  • Try voting from mobile internet (smartphone).
  • If you use a dynamic IP, try restarting the router.

If the problem persists and you are a real user — write to us in a Ticket.

4. I voted, but the rating did not change. Where is my vote?

All votes are saved in the database instantly, but statistics on the site are updated once an hour (due to caching).

You can check the vote status in your Personal Account in the "Vote History" section. If it is there, it means it is counted and will soon be displayed in the rating.

5. When does vote zeroing (Wipe) happen?

To maintain fair competition and rating relevance, we reset vote counters on the 1st of every month between 00:00 to 01:00 server time (UTC+3). At this moment, all projects' ratings become zero, and the race begins anew.

6. How to add a server to the rating?

The process takes 5 minutes:

  1. Register on the site.
  2. In the Personal Account, click "Add Project".
  3. Fill in the data: Name, Description, Links.
  4. Create at least one "Game World" (Realm) specifying rates and chronicles.
  5. After that, the server will go to moderation.

7. How does moderation work? How long to wait?

Moderation takes place in two stages:

  • Automatic (5-15 minutes): The robot checks the availability of your site (HTTP 200 OK) and the presence of a backlink (vote button).
  • Manual (up to 24 hours): The moderator checks the uniqueness of the description, absence of prohibited content, and design quality.

Tip: To pass moderation faster, make sure our vote button is installed on your site.

8. My server was rejected or blocked. Why?

Most common reasons:

  • Unavailability: Your site or game server did not respond to monitoring requests for more than 3 days.
  • Manipulation: The system detected mass voting by bots.
  • Cloaking: Redirecting the user to another URL different from the one specified in the questionnaire.
  • Absence of button: You removed the vote button from your site.

Fix the violation and submit a request for re-verification via Ticket.

9. How does status monitoring work (Online/Offline)?

We check the availability of your login server (IP:Port) every 10-15 minutes using a distributed network of independent nodes (Europe, Russia, USA). Also, our bot BestGames_Bot periodically scans the website availability.

10. How to raise the server higher in the rating (VIP/Advertising)?

In addition to collecting votes, you can use paid promotion services:

  • VIP Status: Highlights the server in color and pins it above regular projects.
  • Vote Packages: Vote packages for a quick start.
  • Banners: Advertising spaces in the header and sidebars.

💰 FINANCIAL QUESTIONS

11. I bought votes/VIP, but the service was not activated.

In rare cases, crediting can take up to 60 minutes. If more time has passed:

  1. Check the transaction status in your bank.
  2. Create a Ticket to technical support, attaching the transaction ID and a receipt screenshot.
  3. We will check the payment and credit the service manually.

12. Is a refund possible?

We process refunds only in case of technical failures (double charge, service not provided due to the site's fault). Refunds due to "changed mind" or "server closed" are not made, as digital services are considered rendered at the moment of activation. More details in the Refund Policy.
