PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") establishes the procedure for processing and protecting personal data and has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter — "152-FZ").

1.2. The data controller is the administration of the service https://bestgames.to and all of its subdomains (hereinafter — the "Operator", the "Site"). The Operator may be contacted using the details specified in Section 12 of this Policy. The Operator's identifying details are set out in the Public Offer upon completion of payer status registration.

1.3. This Policy applies to all personal data that the Operator receives from the User in the course of using the Site.

2. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

The Operator processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • the consent of the personal data subject to processing (Art. 6 of 152-FZ) — provided upon registration, when subscribing to a newsletter, or upon performing other affirmative actions;
  • performance of the agreement (Public Offer) to which the User is a party, including the provision of paid services and the processing of payments;
  • pursuit of the Operator's legitimate interests (protection against fraud, manipulation, and DDoS attacks), provided that the rights of the data subject are respected;
  • performance of obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

3.1. Data that you provide:

  • email address (for registration and access recovery);
  • login and password (the password is stored in encrypted form);
  • contact details (Telegram, Discord, etc.), if you specify them in the server description;
  • payment details — processed by payment providers; the Operator does not store full bank card details.

3.2. Data collected automatically:

  • IP address and geolocation data based on it;
  • cookies and session data;
  • browser and device information;
  • history of actions on the Site (votes, page visits).

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

  • ensuring the operation of the Personal Account on the main domain and subdomains;
  • protection against vote and metric manipulation (anti-fraud) and against DDoS attacks — for this purpose the Site applies technical monitoring tools, including the analysis of IP addresses and cookies;
  • the provision of paid services and processing of payments (via payment partners);
  • communicating with the User and, where consent has been given, sending informational messages.

5. CONSENT AND ITS WITHDRAWAL

5.1. Consent to the processing of personal data is given by the User voluntarily, by ticking the corresponding checkbox during registration or when ordering a service, or by another explicit action.

5.2. The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a request to support@bestgames.to with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". Withdrawal of consent may render further use of certain Site functions impossible.

6. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

In accordance with 152-FZ, the User has the right to:

  • obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
  • demand the correction, blocking, or destruction of data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or is being processed in violation of the law;
  • withdraw consent to processing;
  • appeal the Operator's actions to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court.

7. COOKIES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

7.1. The Site uses cookies to authenticate the user across all subdomains (Single Sign-On functionality), as well as to protect against bots and vote manipulation.

7.2. The Operator may use third-party analytics systems (for example, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica), which collect anonymized traffic data in accordance with their own privacy policies. For more details, see the Cookie Policy.

8. DATA TRANSFER AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER

8.1. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as provided by law, and except for transfers to payment providers and analytics services to the extent necessary for the provision of services.

8.2. When using foreign payment systems and analytics services, personal data may be transferred to the territory of foreign states (cross-border transfer). Such a transfer is carried out on the basis of the User's consent and/or for the purpose of performing the agreement, in compliance with the requirements of 152-FZ.

9. RETENTION PERIODS

Personal data is stored for no longer than is required by the purposes of its processing, or until consent is withdrawn by the User, unless a different period is established by law. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing or expiration of the period, the data is subject to destruction or anonymization.

10. DATA PROTECTION

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, and dissemination.

11. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the document.
