PROJECT PLACEMENT AND MODERATION RULES

Last Updated: July 1, 2026

These Rules are an integral part of the User Agreement (Offer) and are mandatory for all Partners (server owners). By registering on BestGames.to, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 1.1. Single Account. Multiple account registration by a single user (multi-accounting) is prohibited. One owner — one profile. Violation leads to the blocking of all related accounts.
  • 1.2. Data Accuracy. During registration, you must provide a valid email address. Accounts with temporary mailboxes (10-minute mail) or non-existent details are deleted without warning.
  • 1.3. Privacy. The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR GAME SERVERS

To be included in the rating, your project must meet the following quality criteria:

2.1. Technical Requirements

  • Availability (Uptime): The server's website and game world must be available for connection.
  • Infrastructure: The project must be hosted on paid hosting and have a second-level domain name (e.g., myserver.com). Sites on free website builders (uCoz, Tilda Free) or third-level domains (except for subdomains of well-known hosting providers) are not eligible to participate.
  • Vote Button: Our banner or vote button must be placed on the server's website. The link must lead to the voting page for your project.

2.2. Content Requirements

Uniqueness: Full copying of the design, description, or concept of other rating participants (cloning) is prohibited.

Prohibited Content: Projects containing the following are not permitted:

  • Malicious software (viruses, miners);
  • Phishing pages;
  • Pornographic material;
  • Calls for extremism or incitement of hatred;
  • Advertising of competing third-party ratings;
  • Promotion or illegal trafficking of narcotics, weapons, and explosives;
  • Financial pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, and MLM;
  • Mass mailings (spam) and collection of third parties' personal data without their consent.

3. MODERATION PROCEDURE

All new projects undergo a two-stage review.

Stage 1: Automatic Pre-moderation

The system checks basic parameters:

  • Availability of the site URL.
  • Presence of at least 5 (five) trial votes (confirming that someone is voting for the project).
  • Correctness of the fields filled in (Name, Rates, Chronicles).

Stage 2: Manual Moderation

The administrator checks:

  • Uniqueness of the description and quality of the design.
  • Absence of hidden redirects (cloaking) and link substitution.
  • Correspondence of the declared chronicles to the actual ones.

The Administration reserves the right to refuse to add a server without explanation if the project appears suspicious or "short-lived".

4. "FAIR PLAY" POLICY (ANTI-FRAUD)

4.1. Vote Manipulation

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

  • The use of bots, scripts, proxy servers, or VPNs for mass voting.
  • Purchasing votes on task-exchange (microtask/"bux") platforms.
  • Coercing players into voting by exploiting vulnerabilities.

Sanctions:

  • First violation: Deduction of the manipulated votes and a warning issued via Ticket.
  • Repeated violation: Complete reset of the rating or a permanent block of the project (Ban).

4.2. Administrator Responsibility

If you notice a sharp spike in votes that you did not initiate (a competitor attack intended to frame you), you must immediately report it to Support. Sanctions for vote manipulation apply if it is established that the User was aware of the manipulation and did not take steps to prevent it.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND COMPLAINTS

5.1. Non-Interference

The BestGames.to Administration is not an arbiter in disputes between players and server admins, nor in disputes between business entities (such as who copied whose design). We provide an information platform on an "as is" basis.

5.2. Complaint Filing Procedure

Complaints against other projects (plagiarism, DDoS, defamation) are reviewed only when supported by evidence:

  • Screenshots, logs, Whois data;
  • Archived copies (Web Archive) confirming precedence.

Unsubstantiated accusations along the lines of "he stole my server" are ignored.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

  • 6.1. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by server owners.
  • 6.2. The Administration has the right to remove any reviews and comments that violate communication rules without notifying their authors.
  • 6.3. We reserve the right to amend these Rules unilaterally. The current version is always available on this page.
